NCP Secure Communications
The whole is greater than the sum of its parts
NCP Secure Communications not only guarantees security and connectivity but also ensures economy and performance in public dial-in networks. Integrated line management offers all performance features required, both to keep costs low, and to organize the highest possible data transmission performance. Setting up a connection can be done manually or it can be automated (in the background of an application).
The performance range in overview:
- Short Hold Mode
Minimizing transmission costs in dial-in networks - Data compression
Data are compressed to a minimum prior to transmission with a high-performance algorithm in order to increase data throughput between the remote client and the central server. - Channel bundling (bundling B-channels in ISDN)
Optimizing the transfer rate by using all free ISDN use-channels. Data must be transmitted "from A to B" in a brief time. The B channels automatically switch on or off depending on the data volumes to be transferred. - Filtering local broadcasts or polling (spoofing, local termination)
Data packets with control data such as polling, status information, or broadcasts are not channeled over public networks, this means they do not result in charged dial-up connections. Filter mechanisms ensure that a data packet will either be completely filtered out (rejected) or answered locally (spoofing).
