NCP Secure Entry Client
The alternative to the usual IPSec Client
The NCP Secure Entry Client communicates with VPN gateways supplied by a wide range of manufacturers, on the basis of the IPsec standard. This involves client software that can be used as an alternative to the software clients offered on the market in the firewall and router area.
The Secure Entry Client is differentiated from other IPsec clients through its feature set and through its software architecture.

- EAP/TLS and MD5 support for secure user authentication at access points and switches
- NAT-T support for client/gateway communications via NAT-enabled network devices

The Secure Entry Client supports the use of digital certificates in a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). An upgrade to the NCP Secure Enterprise Solution with high-performance, central management is available as an option.
